Sunlight will cause the finish to fairly quickly to become cloudy and then begin to crack and peel. You will need to refinish every couple of years to maintain a good looking ... I prefer this mixture as there is better build per coat and it still functions like a wiping oil. This is really the main advantage as I build my finishes.
