Make sure you have the bushing indexed in the tube and hold the assembly together while plugged into the barrel. Then install upper half and get your bolts started enough to hold the assembly together. Then tighten evenly. Pretty simple. The pictures should help you.

The gas pipe should have a flat bottomed hole that the gas bushing fits into, not deep, but there. Torque the gas block correctly. The pipe is held in by the gas bushing. Measure the hole in the bushing with a pair of dial calipers if you have some or can get some.
