Times have changed however, and a few nerfs have made it complete trash. So I have a pretty simple solution to buff it: Remove the "cannot wear body armour" line.

WebBringer of Rain is a bad item, probably as bad as items go. I wouldn't touch that item wirh a 10 foot poll. Reason: losing an item slot is a huge huge downside. With influenced mods and the new influenced implicits you can get so much stats from your chest, I'd wager body armour is the best item slot right now.
